Accessing Outlook

With the implementation of SSO for Salesforce within the DFC program, you may encounter the following when logging into your email:

To log in, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Go to office365.com in Chrome and sign in
  2. Click your initials or your photo in the top-right corner of the screen, make sure you see your callinsite email first. 
    1. If you're signed in with your delta account, you should see your Insite account in the list at the bottom of that window. Click that
  3. Click Apps on the left pane, then Outlook
